Payment Methods
For orders placed by phone, fax, or online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please mail your order form along with your payment to us.

Canceled Orders
If you decide to cancel your order for standard products after placing it, we are happy to cancel the order provided it has not yet been shipped.

Refused Shipments
Customers will be charged all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee for any refused shipments. This fee covers the cost of receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned items.

Shipping Policy
At this time, Iron Door Guns ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged Shipments
Iron Door Guns is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it leaves our premises. If a shipment shows signs of damage, you must open and inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet. Please save the box and all packing materials, file a claim with the carrier, and notify us immediately. Contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with the claim process.

Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please return the merchandise prepaid and include a copy of the original invoice.

Refunds, less shipping charges, will be issued after inspection of the returned merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

Sales Tax Information
If required by law, Iron Door Guns will add sales tax to your order total. Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the State of Illinois. If you are tax-exempt, please provide a valid tax exemption certificate for our records.

Warranty
All Iron Door Guns products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (such as springs, pins, etc.) or products that have been altered, abused, or neglected are excluded from this warranty. If a product is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Iron Door Guns will, at its discretion, repair, recondition, or replace the product. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether written or oral, relating to Iron Door Guns products.
